Who said it’s not nice to box for a move? Of course, it can be boring and tiring but I swear that it’s really fun!
Then we end up with the pull out of things that still do not know how they ended up in my closet, or to think that “yes, I put them”. Or we find lost things that we have been looking for months, obviously in the wrong place, and lastly, we find memories.
So many, beautiful or ugly. Remember in the form of objects with stories that accompany them.
For now I found two anklets that have accompanied me in the distant summer high school and that I put on for an hour until I got entangled by pulling all the threads of a crochet work I was doing. Now I took it off, I have to say with a little regret, but I was too angry to think about it too much!
And the memories of the anklet took me to America, when for the first time we went to visit my aunts who live there and who, on our arrival, they made us find this strange (at least, for a 7 year old girl it was!) appetizer that I propose a little ‘modified. Do not pretend too much from my memory !!

Baked avocado with cheese and balsamic vinegar

  • 1 avocado
  • gabanino type pasta
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • balsamic vinegar
Cut the avocado in half and remove the core. Try to cut the two “grated” halves as much as possible and insert into the pieces of cheese. Add salt, pepper, oil and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
Place the avocado in a pan and then in the oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, stir and add some very thin slices of cheese on top. Leave another 5 minutes in a hot oven and, when serving, pepper and sprinkle the surface with balsamic vinegar.
